Once an order is confirmed, YELLOW HOUSE will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are committed to working with our customers to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

  • Damaged Product:

        • YELLOW HOUSE needs to be notified of a damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to wecare@yellowhouse.com
        • In the email, please include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 image of the outer box, and 2 clear images of the damaged product.
        • If multiple items were shipped, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
        • We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to provide a satisfactory solution.
        • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
      • Missing Product:
        • YELLOW HOUSE needs to be notified of a missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to wecare@yellowhouse.com
        • In the email, please include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 image of the outer box, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.
        • While refund requests cannot be accepted for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing item.
        • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
  • Spoiled Product:

      • YELLOW HOUSE needs to be notified of spoilage of a product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to wecare@yellowhouse.com
      • In the email, please include the order number, date of packaging/ manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
      • We cannot accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are handcrafted.
      • However, we are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution. The product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence.
      • Emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

    Yellow House Brand Story

    In the heart of a small city in India, stands what was once a yellow house. Our ancestral home, which our family has owned for generations, is filled with vivid memories of happy childhoods, seasons spent together as a family, full of love and laughter.

    Like many families, food was the language of love in our family too, and our house was always filled with aromas of home cooked food. The recipes for those delectable dishes, have been passed down through generations, in a handwritten book, each page guarded by a thin film of grease and love. Every generation has added their unique recipes to it, and that tradition continues to this day.

    It is from these recipes that we founded our range of eatables, that we sought to share with the world. Our selection of Spreads, Jellies, Cookies and sweet & savoury Snacks, evoke memories and tastes of a bygone era, when food was cooked with love, patience, and only the finest ingredients. All our products are free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives, and are made with the highest standards of hygiene and quality. They are a labour of love, just like the Yellow House that inspired their making.
